Terms of Service
This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the services provided by Property Squad Pte Ltd through its website builder SAAS platform ("PropertyPages"). By accessing or using PropertyPages, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.1 Access: You may access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of creating and managing websites for yourself or your clients.
1.2 Account Registration: To access certain features of PropertyPages, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure.
1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations. Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity. Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. 2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership: The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.
2.2 License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
2.3 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create on PropertyPages ("User Content").
3.1 Subscription Fees: The Company may charge fees for access to certain features or services of PropertyPages. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of PropertyPages in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided by the Company.
3.2 Payment Method: You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize the Company to charge your chosen payment method for any applicable fees.
4.1 No Warranty: PropertyPages is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant thatPropertyPages will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
5.1 Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of PropertyPages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.1 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Property Squad and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of PropertyPages or violation of this Agreement.
7.1 Termination: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to PropertyPages at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
8.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Property Squad regarding your use of PropertyPages, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
9.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
